The ACT and IST treatment team focuses on client individualized recovery plans to address practical issues of daily life such as obtaining medical and psychiatric care, finding and maintaining safe housing in a natural setting, training to improve independent living skills, securing financial benefits, and enhancing the overall quality of life for adults diagnosed with schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder, and major depression disorder.  Services provided by Qualified Mental Health Professionals, Therapists, and Certified Peer Specialists aid in decreasing hospital admissions and length of hospital stay, reduce law enforcement services, decrease homelessness, reduce use of crisis services, increase quality of life, increase self-reliance and independence, and optimize level of functioning.
