Community Healthcore has a rich history of providing community services since our establishment in 1970. Our legal name is Sabine Valley Regional MHMR Services and we are a unit of local government created under Health and Safety Code 534.00 as a Community Center serving persons with mental illness, substance use disorder, and intellectual and developmental disabilities.
