Who We Are

As a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) and Joint Commission Accredited Behavioral Health organization, Community Healthcore is a network of people who care and are dedicated to helping people rewrite their stories. For over 50 years, we’ve been helping people in our communities be more independent and live healthier, more productive and more fulfilling lives. We believe in our mission: “Helping people achieve Dignity, Independence, and their Dreams.”

What We Do

Community Healthcore is a place for recovery, resilience, and empowering individuals to reach their dreams. We provide mental, emotional and behavioral health services to Northeast Texas residents.

We promote the dignity of each individual. Our work enables adults to live more independent, fulfilling, and productive lives, children to be more resilient, and families to be healthier.

We are honored and privileged to serve the communities that we call home.

“This is a place where I would always feel comfortable to come. I could not have been happier with the services that were provided to me. Not only have my eyes been opened, but I was given the power to want to help and teach others.”
