4th Annual Champions for Change Golf Tournament

Time: Registration begins at 11:00 am.
Lunch begins at 11:30 am, followed by a Shotgun start at 12:30 pm.

How to Register
Sponsorships must be completed in two steps: registration (online or by mail), and payment (via credit card online, or by check via mail).
